WIP – Before / After Corrections

Here’s a couple of before and after photos of where I’m up to. I’d really like to know how someone developed photos that are so washed out. I did a quick search to see if perhaps it’s a mistake with the chemicals used in development, which can add a strange tone to the images. What ever it is, tree’s shouldn’t be turquoise.

The downside is, the last couple of tiles have required about as much effort as the previous dozen, and I have about a dozen to go! I think I’m up to somewhere north of Gore.

I’ve done some more testing surprised myself in several locations, just how much like real life X-Plane is looking. The PBR+lighting, even on the stock planes, is really convincing!

  1. Your ability to get these images corrected to look as they do in the after shots is unreal! I wouldn’t know where to start 🙂 Keep up the awesome work!

  2. Wow, you are doing such a fantastic job! I’m like Adam above, I wouldn’t know where to start correcting tiles. I certainly have a bigger appreciation into what is involved in getting tiles just right. Definitely keep up the good work 🙂
